Carlos A. Rodriguez fled socialist Cuba nearly 40 years ago, and has been an immigration attorney since 1994. He owns a private practice in the San Fernando Valley where he lives with his wife, a first grade teacher, and their two small children. He is running for the 28th Congressional district seat.
